thoughts on 10U swing.

I echo what the others on here are saying but don't allow the constructive and helpful suggestions detract from a solid starting point for a 10-year-old. Your daughter has a chance to be a very good hitter.

She needs a better swing plane and I would work on the lead arm and top hand in one drills. You've seen the elbow leading now you have to correct on every swing. Some stop swings would also be helpful (short to the ball).
