I haven't read the entire ebook yet. So far everything I've heard and seen of Tewks is based on movement patterns. Similar to Dixon's (Sr) movement patterns.
Read about 6 hours of articles. Hitting daily is very good. Filling in some areas that I wasn't sure he taught. Pelvis, 123 sequence, and shoulder movement is talked about a lot in his articles. Worth paying for it IMO.

Question, We understand what happens as pushing/linear and rotational/spinner (puller) and the desired elite/whipper (bat lag), although what movement pattern is the dragger? This pattern is left out. What is the pattern of the bat dragger?
