Steel Bats

I see that there is now a slow pitch bat made with a steel barrel and a composite handle. Ya think this will ever come to Fast pitch?? I would think that they could make a steel bat scary hot. I mean a steel ball will bounce higher than a rubber one on a concrete floor.

I was suprised that the Bat I saw advertised was only 26 ounces. Technology is getting crazy .

They would still have to meed the standards that are set for composite and aluminum bats. 2 different titanium bats came out in the early 90's. They had warnings on them to notify the defense that you were using them. They have since been banned from all play.
