Speed and Agility Ladders. Who uses them?

Just ordered a 15' S&L ladder from IDzo on Amazon. Gotta work on DD's S&L and get her quicker. Who uses it and why? Who doesn't use it and why?

I use them all the time. The girls love them . High steps, hopscotch, iggy shuffle. You can also use them for upper body too.

We actually have our team do push ups as they traverse the length of the ladder , moving one square at a time

Nice idea! Not just upper body training, but core training. My daughter will be "thrilled" about this when I get home.

We used one all year and it definitely helped. Our team had may wonderful assets but footspeed wasn't one of them going in. We still weren't fast, but we were able to get a quicker first step, and a better burst off the bases by learning to go short steps to long steps. When you're not naturally fast, every little bit helps.

I would also invest in cones and the small agility hurdles too.

On all fours, use the hands just like the feet. Throw in jump ropes, planks, lunges, and burpees, and you have a full workout.

I made two sets to keep lines short using multi-colored sections of this: PEX Tubing , Plumbing PEX Tubing , Aquapex Tubing , PEX Pipe - PexSupply.com
I used some old dowels as stiffers and some stiff, poly rope.

Tons of options. Great way to break up the routine and keep things fun and challenging.
