Just ordered a 15' S&L ladder from IDzo on Amazon. Gotta work on DD's S&L and get her quicker. Who uses it and why? Who doesn't use it and why?
You can also use them for upper body too.

We actually have our team do push ups as they traverse the length of the ladder , moving one square at a time
