Juneau you have to be hard core to play in Alaska.
Here is the interesting thing. My mother once stayed with a family in Juneau set up through her church. Turns out the family was a retired couple originally from Wisconsin. They said the winters were much milder in Juneau.
Actually, the winters in Anchorage, somewhat further north, are almost exactly as cold as the winters in the Twin Cities.
