Small Size Metal Cleats

My DD is starting to play some 14u tourneys and MIddle School ball where metal spikes are allowed. She has a very small foot and I was wondering if anyone knew of any brands that make a smaller than size 5 cleat. Thanks.

DD has small feet also. The bigger issue she had was also having really narrow feet.
Her feet eventually gres Enough that she could wear a 6 which opened up a world of cleats but when she was under a 6 the best fit we found was from 3n2.

What size is your dd? A youth 3 is a women's 5.

She is a youth 3. Never knew the conversion! Thanks a lot. That’s opens up a lot of options.
