1 It's 10U. At this age, the coach's number 1 job is player development...not just 1 or 2 of them but all players. 2 Especially at this age, in order for pitchers develop, they need as much circle time as they can get. 3 They're a C level team. Let's face it...They're not winning the PGF Nationals anytime soon.
Pitch them all equally. If it becomes a walk-fest, replace the pitcher but try and give them equal time in the circle as much as possible.
