If you want to remain competitive during the games don't do "radical" changes. I would advise only switching 2 or at the max 3 players per game. Having regulars in other posistions will help those players trying as new posistion out.

My dds team they move the girls around quite a bit. Last week my dd pitched a game and started the next game at third which she has never played. Then a couple of innings at ss. This week she caught a game It's fall move them around if nothing else it might give them a better idea if what their teammates go through
