A runner is at third after the pitch she takes her lead twords home,waiting for the catcher to make a bad throw back to the pitcher. Third base man shadows runner, catcher throws ball down third baseline and she hits runner with ball. Is runner out?,is ball dead?,or live? Does runner go back to third? Or goes home?... if throw is a bit wide of the basline and third baseman reached across the base line in front of runner to catch ball and collides with runner what is the call...interference on the fielder?,or interference on the runner?

Live ball in the first part of your question. 2nd part of your question, receiving a throw is covered by different rules than a fielder making a play on a batted ball. A defensive player without posession of the ball may not impede a runner, as presented the fielder would be guilty of obstruction.
