Yes, I get it. I'm a sole proprietor of my small business, also.

Yesterday, I purchased his online instant videos but haven't been able to get them. I've left voicemails and emails with no responses yet.

It takes a few days but you will get them. I impatiently sent a follow up email when I ordered mine and he followed with an email (and a phone call?). Super nice guy.

It's worth the wait. DD had worked on a flip change for well over a year. 30-40% accuracy most times. When it work it was beautiful but when it didn't it was either a ball or well hit ball. We went to the Indiana pitching clinic and she learned the Pauly change. She's been using it ever since and throwing it for strikes. She's confident enough to even throw it with a 3-2 count.
