Got a new phone and trying to connect my RevFire2 softball to my app but it’s not picking up the ball. I lost the user manual so looking for suggestions on how to resolve this issue. Thanks.

It should just pick up after spinning the ball in the air a few times, but my RevFire2 is doing the same thing. Let me know if you find out.

Which app version, android or iOS? I can say from experience android app version does not work but was able to connect with iOS version.
