her first Flip change before a game and then regular pitch. She's 10.
I was going to teach her I/R next week (summer league). To my bucket dad eye she seems pretty close naturally fighting the winds and bent over a bit.
first pitch is a flip paused a lot (my glove setup differently), the second a regular pitch, and then the second again paused.. (first video for me also).
It got moved out of the I/R topic (sorry
) but that is the basic question here. Anything else is a bonus.
