Is it just me or as girls get older (14U and 16U) we have to be on the recruiting
path all year? I understand that a certain percentage of girls stop playing
for different reasons. I come from a solid program (currently 8 TB teams in all ages)
we are not 'doormats' by any definition (at least 1 trophy/age group annually).
It takes hours to continually recruit and keep girls. I know that part of the problem is that I like to only roster 11
