It almost looks like she has been doing the Frisbee drill .... but incorrectly. I say this because her extension is not as good now, and we instead see more of an 'around' type swing. I'll sometimes see this from those that take the Frisbee drill too far.

Frisbee drill should have the 'feel' of hand taking a straight line to the target. I know in reality, the path will be curvilinear, but that's what the hitter should feel to avoid what FFS is talking about above(hand/arm just rotating in a circular path with the body).
