DD has always had a strong bat, but she took it to another level this weekend. She plays on a strong 12u team that's been playing 14u locally for awhile now. Anyway, she accomplished 2 things she hadn't done before. She had her first multi-homer game on Saturday hitting the ball out in her last 2 at bats of the day. Then, she hit another in her first at bat Sunday morning to make it 3 home runs in 3 consecutive at bats. She also happened to play some great defense this weekend which was icing on the cake!
Super proud of the hard work she's been putting in! It's nice to see it paying off for her!
