This is simply untrue.
It’s more true than untrue.
This is simply untrue.
Its 100% untrue, so I kinda doubt it. That is if I am reading you correctly and you are saying the arm cannot whip without the lower body being involved. It’s more true than untrue.

Agreed.
But your statement that the lower body is required for the arm to whip is incorrect.
A person with no legs can whip their arm just fine. Perhaps I took your statement as broader than you meant it to be.
I was focusing on the ball and locked elbow. Here is my GD working on those things and others as well. I’m not implying this is totally correct but a visual that might help.
Decided to just continue the work I was doing on my own and took down the videos, don’t know how to delete the post itself, I’m finding it too confusing to get continued feedback online while I’m actively pitching games every week. I’m getting good results in the games (strike outs and weak contact) so don’t want to do anything too major anyway. What’s this about being open?
I’ll go back and catch up.
What are you working on? Arm action?
The arm and lowerbody go hand and hands. You can’t create a whip in the arm without the lowerbody.
You don’t use the body well. That starts with lowerbody action and bursting forward. But, before I say anything let me see what your working on.
