Info straight out of HLT:

Above Average is considered 60-62 MPH.
Exceptional is considered 63+ MPH.

What really boggles my mind is that there were less than 5
girls in each camp to break 60 MPH!
That’s less than 40 high school girls out of 4,771!
That’s less than .0084%. What!!!!!!????
Once you add 3 mph for the brand of radar gun, 2 mph because they shot it at the wrong angle, 3 mph because the girls weren’t really ready, and 2 mph because “I just know she’s faster than that” then most of the girls are hitting 60.
