Today was one of the wider strike zones I've seen all year. I thought he was consistent on both sides. He wasn't giving much above the belt.

Midnight came early today for the Cinderella team as they were eliminated 6-1 at 3:15 PDT. Oregon's #2 pitcher, Hovinga, held them scoreless for 6 innings before giving them a pity run in the 7th. Hawkins came in to strike out 2 and the game ended with Shoultz caught stealing 2B.
