My DD likes mid height cleats also and we could not find them in metal. We ended up getting her a pair of 3N2s that are low but she likes them as much if not more than her molded mid rise cleats
Jason, I highly recommend going to boys/men's cleats. Waaaay more options! We had so many problems with ankles etc... and finding a good fit for DD. We ended up getting men's Under Armour Mid Metal spikes and they are half the weight of her other cleats and "mold" around her ankles. Nike and other brands are very good too but we bought them end of year and didn't have many options. DD said they are the most comfortable shoes she has ever worn. Mens shoes run slightly wider but that was perfect for DD with the thick socks etc...
I know several of the Ringor softball spikes are available in a mid-tops. You would have to check their website for which models and colors are available. Ringors are expensive, so you might want to take iMLearnings advice and check the men's cleat selection before deciding, especially if your DD's foot is still growing.
