Looking for video of certain tee drill

One of DD's coaches asked me if I could find a video of the tee drill that you do where you load and stop at connection for a couple seconds, then you finish there swing. I know I have seen it online (DD has instructors who do this) but I can't remember where.

Anyone thinking the front-side is completely fixed/glued/fused to the rear-side may want to rethink that.
