Hey everyone. Thanks for having me! I'm pretty much a newbie to the world of serious softball. I played a bit when I was younger but it wasn't taken very seriously by anyone including players and coaches alike. I don't remember focusing much on fundamentals and mechanics other than really entry level stuff. It was more like do whatever gets the job done. Lol. So I'm looking forward to learning from you guys!

Well I don't coach. Lol. But love the game. My DD is young and really into baseball but I'm trying to expose her to more softball. She and I have started watching the girls collegiate games and we really enjoy it. I think it's helping her not to blindly think softball is too "girly". I said "ooohhhhh no, you obviously haven't watched any sb games because those girls are tougher than any boy you know!

I'm enjoying this community though. You guys have SO much good information on here. I'm learning a ton.
