Little League All Stars Rain Delay

We played 3 innings in our 3rd round LL Districts tournament game before the game was stopped due to thunderstorms. We picked it up again last night only to have the same thing happen before we could finish the top of the 4th. Does anyone know if the game would have been official after 4 innings or does LL make you finish the game? Doesn't matter now as the game is tied. But we were one strike away from being in that scenario last night.

Yes at LL level it is official after 4 innings 3 1/2 if home team is ahead it is an official game. Our championship game was won last night when we were ahead 3-1. Game was called on bottom of fifth. Other team wasn't happy but that's the ruling. We waited for 45 minutes before it was called.

Tough way to lose. Not exactly the way we wanted to win.

I feel the same. We were up 3-1 against the defending champs. A win puts us in the championship. I'll feel much better about earning a win in a full game. However, if we lose...
