I am sure there are some great pitching coaches who were previous college and even D1 Power 5 pitchers out there. I just haven't personally seen many yet.

To answer the OP: As others have said, you can't watch a P5 team and see something other than I/R. When I had the inevitable conversation with DD's previous coach about why she wasn't following through HE-style, I pulled up a WCWS highlight reel off of YouTube on my phone. Didn't matter which one, they all threw the same way.
