I've already heard people flat out SCREAMING about this on my Facebook feed. It's an aboustle disgrace from the ISF.

Let's punish players for being good! Yay!

Adam's good enough to change his style (hopefully he does this) without being affected too much.

What was the rule change? The article doesn't mention it.

"As the pitcher pushes from the pitchers plate the hands must be separated. They cannot be joined in the glove and all movement of the pitching arm must be continuous." My understanding is that the pitcher must drop the ball hand out of the glove after the pause and before the push. Hopefully this rule will not be adopted by A$A as more and more young pitchers are finally learning the value of hiding the ball as long as possible.

But that's how MOST people pitch! Are they trying to change the entire pitching mechanics?
