So push foot doesn't have to toe drag anymore? So if push leg is off the ground and doesn't make contact with the ground prior to release it's a legal pitch?
Yes, that's my understanding. Hoping for confirmation from someone that knows all the sanctions.

Leaping was legalized in USA and USSSA for 2023, and in NFHS for 2024. NCAA is likely soon to come (the committee has made the recommendation).

Crow hopping is still illegal and will likely be called even less than it was. Sorry, sarcasm there.

Leaping (not Crow Hopping) legally allowed now in NFHS. It was announced last week.

I also like that I can now have a radar set up that transmits pitch speed to the dugout.

This seems like a good spot to see what people think about the snip in the youtube link above that was from a HS game earlier this month - legal or not under any rules body (NCAA, NFHS, PGF, USA, etc)

Thanks
