Hi my daughter currently plays travel ball.....the majority of the team is very unhappy with the current coach and wants to move on. They would like to stay together and we have been discussing starting our own team but just don't know where to begin. Can anyone help me get started? Thanks!!

STEP #1: Find an experienced coach w/o a kid on the team.
STEP #2: Let him/her run the team w/o second-guessing him/her.
STEP #3: Enjoy watching your kids play.

Talk to the board of directors (or whatever) of the travel association to make complaints about the coach. If he really sucks, maybe they'll remove him. Girls stay together under same team, just with different management.
