How many games/ at-bats has your DD had this year?

72 Games and 180 plate apprearances (one short dome season, summer and fall ball). Does not including HS games.

Amazing thing is how fast the PA numbers drop off. #5 hitting only had 142 PA. Maybe not so amazing, just something I've never looked at overly close before.

My 10U DD played 12U in Spring and Fall Rec, and 12U TB in Summer and currently this fall. She's primarily used as P and 3B. Her teams played 73 games, she played in 63, started 50, and had 124 PAs.

Patient hitter. I like it.

My DD has walked only about 15 times in 215 plate appearances. Never met a pitch she didn't like, I guess.

Between Spring rec-season and all-stars, she had 78 plate appearances in 40 games. She started travel ball in August and was playing 3 games every Saturday or Sunday with the occasional tournament, but I wasn't there to keep track of her games/plate appearances. She came down with a partially torn rotator cuff in October and has been on the shelf since.

12u Travel Spring and fall 68 games played. 167ab only 8k's 64% on base. (don't keep track of batting average just ob)

For old DD approx. 60 games and around 150- 160 at bat. This includes Rec. season, All Stars, All Stars state tournament, TB in summer and Fall.
Youngest DD played 18 games and had about 40 at bats.

10 Spring TB tournaments with Nationals. 12 Little league games (you can't count those cause they got out of hand). 10 All star games. 6 games at the Eastern Regonals. 7 games at the World Series. I have no ides how many fall scrimmages, 6 Fall TB tournaments. My best guess is right around 105 games. A rough estimate at 2.5 bats per game is 262.5 PA's She bats leadoff or second all the time so I really have no idea how many at bats or how manytimes she tried to bunt, but she only struck out 11 times in all that time not very many walks. She is great at making contact.

Did she play school ball?

No - she's a 2017 freshman. Her middle school didn't have a team. HS ball starts next spring.
