How bad do YOU want to play?

One of our local teams took matters into their own hands and constructed a tent over the infield of their home field. They then pumped 400,000 btu's of heat under the tent to thaw out the frost line.

So, like the topic of the post asks, how bad do YOU want to play?

I don't have a pic, but 4 years ago a dad hovered his helicopter over the field to dry it off during the playoffs. I thought that was pretty neat.

DD and teammates worked Friday, Saturday and Sunday to try to get field ready only to have opponents go home because they could not be guaranteed that games would be played and would have had to spend another night in hotels etc. expenses. Even at that, DD said that they were sinking up to their ankles in mud. Thaw has happened and so, now, maybe they can play. Next game in Wednesday. Wait, snow and rain coming in Wednesday.
