Ive got a new team this year and were a good mix of talent. But none of them have a regular hitting coach. So I've taken it upon myself to run hitting practice myself . They are 16u . They are looking for college exposure . Any staple drills you guys think will help at this level ? I personally have found success with tight tee work . Stretch and fire for loading . The barry bonds drill as well as the Ryan Braun no body tee work. I also mix in side angle toss , front toss and machine work. Any new or gotta have drills I can BORROW from anyone? How does everyone feel about one arms? I really use them sparingly . I have a couple of slappers which I really haven't work with before also. Appreciate any help thanks.
