Not liking the sequence with first pulling back the hands/barrel .... see if you can get that action to happen during her forward movement. See examples below.
Some of the phrases I'll use with hitters include .... "walk away from the hands", "forward and prepare-to-throw", "separation", "pull back against a forward moving hip", "forward-by-coiling", "forward and stretch", "forward as we take the slack out of the core", "forward as we take the ball out of the glove" etc.
The rear hip gains ground as the rear arm prepares to throw (sidearm throw).
Example ... red lines show forward movement of the rear hip, green lines show top hand movement:
Notice how there is a greater movement forward with the red line (rear hip) than with the green line (hands).
Disclaimer: not an expert but would like to input what I think I see and maybe the experts can chime in on it.
To me it looks like her arms are not getting fully extended and in effort to not rollover the front shoulder is leaking open???
I think DD directs her hands first towards the ball then swings. Almost looks like she was taught 'knob to the ball'. DD has a push type swing. After looking at DD's other videos seems her slapping mechanics are also 'leaking' into her swing away mechanics. Looks like your DD is 'feeling' for the ball with her bat. Seems also DD was taught how to finish her swing. Example... bat over shoulder and releasing the top hand. That seems to have an effect on DD's swing path and trying too 'marry' the two together. Again JMHO.
The rear coil isn't being maintained as the hips begin to turn. The back knee is left behind as a result when the hips should be turning. Missing frames (losing coil) as the hips release, not turning as she initiates the swing. Rotate into foot plant or needs to sit into rotation.
