Help with 11yr old

Much less of a stride on this last swing. Her back foot looks like it's spinning/squishing.

Without using the video as reference, would she say she thought she swung the same with the lighter bat?

I'm wondering if there's a link b/w the bigger stride and what looks to be a better weight shift in the previous (2nd?) swing (note the rear foot getting pulled off the ground).

That backstop looks bigger than center field at the Polo Grounds. Maybe it's just perspective, but there seems to be a lot of open space behind the plate. My sympathies for the catcher!
