good exercise routines for feamle pitcher

I am a personal trainer at a gym. I had a member ask me to train his star female softball pitcher. I have been using dumbbells, kettle bells for explosive power exercises and some weight band machines to strengthen her arms and shoulders. Any other ideas from anyone would be appreciated.

Important to know if she has a good exercise base before giving power workouts. Split squats and Adductor/abductor exercise are good. Don't forget strengthening the core and make sure rotator cuffs are strengthen to lessen injuries.

Try to giving exercise similar to the pitching movements like twists, leg push-off and shoulder raises.
