It all boils down to whether or not your strong enough in your hitting philosophy to post your hitters or not. Personally I don't care if someone criticizes it.

There's A LOT of people who make comments on here but never post their work. To me that's dishonest. Post your work and show posters how your philosophy has worked out for your DD or quit commenting on others work.

Anyone can regurgitate hitting mechanics and philosophy, let's see how you implement your philosophy. Now when it comes to a student I totally respect their privacy and its up to their family to give permission to post.

I can't count the # of videos I've posted on here about my DDs journey and I won't stop. Is she perfect? NOPE but I'm pretty damn happy with where she's at right now.

I would love to see more of the advice givers on here post their DDs swings. Show us all what you teach and let the dialogue begin.

I'm with you on this....Its not just this board... its how I do it in the real world. I always judge DD's coach by his DD. This week will be the first time in 6 years that DD's coach dosen't have one of his own on the team.... MS

Honest question. Do you feel it's right to critique someone else's kid when you won't post your kids swing?

Yes. We wouldn't have any posts on here if people didn't comment. My daughter doesn't want to be seen across the web, and I like her more than I like any of you, so she won't be. I have no problem not discussing softball on discuss fastpitch any longer if I don't fit the qualifications...or "dishonest".

Gerri Ann, sorry I said 5 words about your swing. It was a perfect swing. I am sure they all are perfect.

I post mine and I learn a lot. My youngest DD is a very good pitcher simply because I posted DD #2 years ago and it opened up one of the best discussions ever on the pitching side. The Internal Rotation Thread
