So these two Olympians follow through. That is suppose to be hello elbow. Supposedly bad.. umm.,, what if hello elbow is just a marketing scheme?

Lori is quick tempo as well, usually shorter pitchers are quicker tempo. Front side resistance looks strong.

There's a lot of ways to get it done. I think she IR's a little early and pushes into release, that's what I think of as muscling the ball.
