Free to good home, gently used J-bands, Jr. set

I bought these for my DD but now have moved up to adult set- they were really a bit lite for her when I got them so they have not been used very much. I have long since lost the instructions but there are sites (particularly on RLG store) where you can view a video of the exercises and download an instruction sheet.

Would be suitable for under 12YO most likely, and are recommended for shoulder injury prevention. I think they are great and the price is right!
