Fielders choice or hit?

I'm confused. If both runners are safe, then how is it a FC? I can see the question being a hit or an error, but I've always thought an FC required an out.

FC does not require an out to be made. However, if an out is made on any other runner than the BR, it is a FC, regardless of whether it would have been a hit for the batter if the out had not been made.

Found a definition. :)

Fielder's choice refers to a variety of plays involving an offensive player reaching a base due to the defense's attempt to put out another baserunner, or the defensive team's indifference to his advance.
