Wow. Thanks for your help...her dad sent me this video. He is trying to focus on her motion.

It looks to me like she is getting proper instruction. IMHO, the pre-motion before the pitch is too much, but a lot of kids do it.

However, a video of her actually throwing a ball would be much better.
