Any tips or drills for getting rid of my daughter's bad habit of pulling the bat behind her head when loading? Sometimes she gets into her ready stance like that, even though we go over it a thousand times, but usually she pushes it behind her head right before she swings. Thanks

Have her hold the bat with just her top hand until she loads, then place the bottom hand on the bat. There is a tendency for the bottom hand to cause bat wrap.

Be careful that what you think is "behind her head" is actually bad. Compare a few elite batters.

IMO a little bat wrap is not bad if the shoulders are not twisted...hard to say if it is bad or not without pics or video...just saying...
