Downloading Embedded Model Pitchers help please

How can I download the embedded files in the model pitchers thread and view them one step at a time? Thank you!

GREAT QUESTION !!! whe cris o'leary and five frmae swing download video they have a way of showing it in very slow motion and it would be great to download the model pitchers and learn how to do that? i think it's called gif? what ever that means?

(1) Get a program called "DownloadHelper" from here: DownloadHelper - Media download Firefox extension
Most of the videos are on Youtube. This is a Firefox plugin allowing you to download any video from Youtube. It is free. The videos are downloaded in FLV (Flash) format.
(2) Get an FLV to AVI converter. I use one from Pazerra. Pazera Free FLV to AVI Converter - Convert FLV files to MPEG or AVI - Jacek Pazera
(3) Get Microsoft's Windows 7 video editor here: Windows Live Movie Maker 2011

The steps are these:

(1) Download the video from Youtube with DownloadHelper.
(2) Convert the video with FLV to AVI.
(3) Open the video with Windows Live Movie Maker.

Inside Windows Live Movie Maker, you can go through the video one frame at a time. There is a handy "snipping tool" in Windows 7 allowing you to make a copy of any frame.

Honestly, you really only need to look at a pitcher at 3-12-9-6.
