This was from a few days ago....is this more of what we need to be doing with the load phase?

New to the site but have been working with boys and girls for quite some time i would agree. Is she late because shes not quick to the ball as this doesnt show up here. I would venture to say shes just not getting ready in time or loading late? I have been having these girls load early to the point where they load and have it out of the way prior to the pitcher getting to the release point say as the ball is coming down on the wind up if that makes senses. Plus in my experience a good load helps get into a good launch position and sets of the bat angle for the approach. I have no problem with a no stride actually a fan but still needs some negative movement before going forward. even with no stride shes pretty dang wide on the stance. I have seen this have a negative effect on a kids balance at times.
