Been reading up on Ground Force Reaction and I’ve got a pitcher that lands with a soft (bent) stride leg and doesn’t firm it up until ball is gone. Could this be due to striding too far and she isn’t strong enough to absorb the weight of landing?

Try having her increase the size of her back swing, and see if the timing of resistance changes...
