Hello everyone! DD started playing fastpitch this year so its new for me. She played spring REC and now is on a travel team. She is on a 10u now, but will be moving up after the season. She is 5' and is about 90 lbs recently she has been asking for a heavier bat. she swings a 30/20 cf6 now. Question is if i go heavier do i go 31/21 or 32/22? Bat i will be purchasing will be a CF7 hope if that helps.

12YO DD is the same size as yours and swings a 32/22 CF6. The CF series run a little lite and since you staying in the same set of bats I would guess a 32/22.

Any chance she can swing someone’s 32/22 so you can see how she looks?

For a current 10U, I would strongly suggest a 31/21. She may outgrow it fairly soon, but it will be an easier jump for her and, more importantly, it will be an easier jump when she moves from it to a 32/22. As a bonus, a well-kept CF7 will fetch a decent sum when the time comes to get a 32" bat.

For reference, I have a team of all '02s, ten of which use 32" bats and two who swing a 31" bat. One of the girls is nearly ready to make the jump to a 32" (5'1" and 135 lbs) while the other will probably stick with a 31" all the way through next year (4'10" and 85 lbs). These girls are a year older than yours so should provide a good comparison of what to expect.

OP, I would wait until she gets into 12u before jumping bat sizes. 2nd year 12u's will be faster than she has seen and that new bat might have to stay in a bag for whole season. Why not switch her to an end load for a different feel? Try the insane at the same size. My 14's swing 32/22 mostly, I have 1 that swings a 33/23 and occasionally I have 1 that will pull out a 32/24. If we think about age/size progression, what do you think she will be swinging when she is a senior? Move her up in weight or length or change the balance. Don't do it all at 1 time.
