Won't riseball pitchers have a higher ERA than others?
If the rise doesn't work it ends up being a 200' reverse pitch as opposed to a drop ball not working.

1) I have seen plenty of home-runs off of dropballs.

2) If a pitcher only has a dropball then they are allowing themselves to be easily zoned by the batter.

Of course. A home run can be hit off any pitch that isn't located well and some that are located well.

Never said the pitchers had only a drop ball or a rise ball. That was a very general statement that I believe holds true.
