I thinking I am confusing myself with something that has a simple answer! Here is the situation. Batting 9 players with 2 subs on the bench! One of the subs is being used to courtesy run for the catcher. If courtesy runs for catcher can i enter her into the game for someone else later?? Thanks

Courtesy runners are still eligible subtitues for anyone in the lineup. But, once you have used them as a sub, they can no longer be a courtesy runner.

I know this rule thanks to you!

In ASA, courtesy runner is defined differently than substitute, so the coach has to make sure they use the proper language when reporting the player switch.

More precisely - after that half-inning. They can't enter the game as a sub in the same half-inning they participated as a CR unless there is an injury or disqualification and no other subs are available.
