Okay so I've tried the crosscut crap for a while on one of my lesson girls who comes in for conditioning. It sucks. She still has low stamina. She goes maybe 4 innings of hard work and she tired as hell! I'd like some conditioning ideas? From anyone really? Also what areas I should work on most that would also benefit her throwing And hitting.
