Phones are not to be seen or heard 5 min prior to start time through very last team yell. Our team yell is always done at the end of practice and game day so no phones seen or heard between those times.
I trusted them to take care of it. BUT if we DID see any phones during that timeframe ever, then everyone was going go be requires to dump their phone into a coaches bucket from before practice until after practice.
No one wanted to so that because they equates that to being treated like little kids, so they agreed to abide by the no phone rule.
