Big Tournament Options

Finalizing our Spring schedule for 12u A team. We want to play in at least 1 big tournament to wrap up our season. What are the best recommendations?
So far we are considering Junior Sparkler or USFA in Panama City Beach. We are located in Dallas TX area if that makes a difference.

Don’t know how much PCB has changed in the last six years, but our last trip in 12U there were 20A teams and 100B teams. It is a fun trip though. Think we had two full days at the beach. If you’re looking for competition, I’d go elsewhere.

I'll 2nd this. I wish DD's 1st year 12U team (from OK) was doing this instead of the USSSA "WS" in Iowa or AL.

We did the Elite Select WFC as 12’s and it was an outstanding event. So much so that we are returning this year as 14’s

How did you qualify? We haven’t played any USAES events yet.

We qualified in the Fall by winning the Crown Point Elite Select Qualifier (Indiana). It was a Lorenzo Walker event

How many total tourna,YS are u playing during the season?

We are 14's, so high school keeps us from playing March 2nd - May 31st.

15 tourneys, roughly 90 games

We had a blast at PCB for the USFA. Tournament was well run and the competition was pretty darn good. You won't have as many of the fancy "Gold Super Elite Name Brand" teams but there are plenty of talented kids out there who have parents with more sense than money!
