Thanks for all the input guys. She seems to be able to throw them out at 2nd more often then 3rd which doesn't make sense to me. The faster and more clever girls are coached to draw the throw and try to create an error knowing it is going to take some very quick transfers to get her out back at 2nd base. So with a crafty runner on 2nd we don't want to throw it to 3rd every pitch. I think there is a momentary pause of "I don't think she really going" to "Oh! Crap she is going." We are going to work on a play when we believe baserunner is trying to draw a throw. The SS will sort of shadow base runner and catcher will throw directly at the base runner/SS and try to freeze her.
