Bat/ Helmet Cleaning

What is the best way to cleanup a bat and/ or Helmet?

(Sorry, I know this has been answered before but cannot find posts. Have a bunch of stuff I would like to cleanup a little bit)

Always had good luck with Simple Green and a brush.

Softsoap works well. Mr. Clean Magic Eraser works on almost everything.

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser works very, very well on composite and plastic with a little water amd elbow grease.

Just went and got simply green and magic eraser and am going to start cleaning.

Can/ should I put car Polish wax on both to give them a shine?

(No, I do not over complicate things)

Rubbing alcohol works great too. Ball marks come right off.

Wax on helmet is fine and probably a great idea. Wax on a bat is not advised since you do not want a slick surface.

Wet wipes on bats work great.

Any solvent will work... Carb cleaner will clean anything off of a bat

Krud Kutter works well.
