These are the changes recommended for approval by the General Council tomorrow:
Redefine Fair Ball as it pertains to 1B
Move all adult SP bases to 70'
Move all adult SP bases to 70' Men's A&B only
Move all adult SP bases to 70' - 2012
Better define safety grip
Better definition of altered bat
Add 52/300 ball as available legal ball
Shirt rule only for E/Rec SP
Penalty for wrong number of players in each position in Co-ed game
Mod 10-player clarification
Allow 1-1 count in Masters SP
Allow gray ball bag for umpires
Add "silver" to acceptable color of mask
